Appartement Germann

In the south we are surrounded of up to 3600m high and famous peaks. The appartement lies in a beautiful and sunny town, from where you can see into the two valleys of Unter- and Obersulzbachtal. This two valleys are famous for hiking, biking and mountaineering. In the Untersulzbachtal a beautiful waterfall can be walked up, and you will see this waterfall from the appartement too. The Obersulzbachtal is taken for the route on the highest peak "Grossvenediger 3666m" and very nice alpine lodges are on the way for hikers to stop for a bite to eat. The next famous valleys of our national park are Habachtal and Krimmler Achental, what are both magnificient sights, where endless hiking paths can be found. Hollersbachtal, Felbertal and Stubachtal are several other possibilities. From the quiet located appartement you can start the best by bike or by car: All valleys in 5-20 minutes drive. To come faster into the backyards of the valleys, some group taxis are frequently driving, you need to set a reservation on the day before.

A very nice familiy ski field from where you will have a magnificent panoramic view an the surrounding valleys and the high peaks of the national park. Sporty skiers will find black slopes and deep powder, advanced skiers will have lots of red slopes and for the beginners are several blue ones and nice beginners fields, as there are some very nice skischools to get private lessons. After skiing you will find lots of cool bars or dining restaurants. One attraction is the 17km long toboggan slope, this is a day trip, where you can rent a toboggan in the town, drive up on the wildkogel and will then drive down to the town bramberg. On the way you will find several alpine lodges, bars or sunny places to enjoy the winter feeling. A skibus is driving frequently from the nearby of the appartement (5mins).

Salzburger Land, in Detail 'Pinzgau' is a very special nature area, with green meadows and forests, alpine lodges and high alpine peaks and glaciers. Deep blue mountain lakes, thunderous waterfalls and unique snow sceneries are fascinating even us locals every time for a new.
In our area it is nice for tourists, sports persons, families and nature lovers.

A lot of things to do in the direct nearby: Kristallbad Wald im Pinzgau (Indoor Swim, Sauna, Steambath, Solarium), Krimmler Wasserfälle (famous sightseeing waterfalls), Nationalparkzentrum Mittersill (museum), Golfplatz Mittersill (golf course) and more. The next restaurant you reach in 200m near the appartements, a supermarket is 2km near. Zell am See, Kaprun and the Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse (high alpine road) are less than 1h away
